SB23-022 adds aggravated motor vehicle theft to the convictions that prohibit a person from possessing a firearm.

WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE YES
Motor vehicle theft has been steadily increasing in communities across Colorado, and Colorado communities rank public safety as one of their key challenges looking toward 2023. SB23-022 is a reasonable step toward mitigating the rates of motor vehicle theft in our communities. Vote yes on SB23-022 as a reasonable step toward safer Colorado communities.
