Rooms at the host hotel are only for those that register to attend the CML 2025 conference, and each room booked MUST HAVE an individual's name, not a group name or one name under multiple reservations. Rooming reservations made in CML's room block will be cross-checked with CML's conference registrations to assure that rooms are only reserved for those who register for the conference. Holding extra rooms and nights are subject to cancellation fees, which will not be waived.
