Each election year, CML prepares a briefing for candidates to the Colorado General Assembly and U.S. Congress.

Transportation and infrastructure updates
The Highway Users Tax Fund is a statutorily defined state-collected, locally-shared revenue that is distributed monthly among the state, counties
and municipalities. CML has prepared a memo on HUTF disbursement
that includes 2011 HUTF estimates.
